Greetings gentlemen,
I bought a Pontiac Vibe from your dealership in 2003. I love it. It's got 115,000 Kms on it now and I've been very happy with it. I've always brought the car to you for service (it's always just needed routine
maintainance) and for the last year or so I have been dealing with your service advisor ANDREA HILL, which is the reason for this letter. Andrea is terrific. She is friendly, personable, energetic, helpful and smart.
Andrea always tries very hard to make my trip to your service dept as easy and pleasant as possible which makes me actually enjoy the experience.
